Due to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis in the world, businesses, offices and schools have been temporarily closed. This has affected millions of people worldwide.

Sri Lankan Government announced an indefinite curfew period, hence, there was a shortage of food in the city.

Mumineen who were in urgent need of assistance in Colombo were given essential ration packs to help them past these difficult times.

Khidmat Guzaars from all Santas in Colombo joined hands to deliver the packs to nearly 100 houses following the strict social distancing rule.

The items were as follows:
Rice, Tea, Jam, Chicken, Atta Flour, Apples, Eggs, Cooking Oil, Onions, Potato, Milk Powder and Sugar.
