Shababul Eidiz Zahabi had the sharaf of hosting Aqa Moula’s (TUS) 80th Milaad Mubarak program.
🔸The program began with a Khushi Majlis followed by Tehniyat Araz to Amil Saheb. The Majlis ended with a grand cake cutting ceremony in the midst of all the farzando.
🔸A joyous procession of farzando took place immediately after Majlis. The children had big smiles on their face as they chanted Mubarak Mubarak while holding colourful balloons and Milaad tehniyat cards in their hands.
🔸Milaad Khushi Jaman took place at Qutbi Hall for the first time after 3 years. 190+ thaals and 140+ pirsa’s were served with a fakhir menu as follows:
▪️Namak
▪️Dry Fruit Paak
▪️Mutton with crispy Khajla
▪️Mutton Biryani
▪️Kachumber
▪️Sweet Matho
▪️Grapes.
🔸After the Khushi Jaman, refreshment counters were setup at Burhani Park to complete our celebrations. Mumineen enjoyed a variety items that were freshly made and served generously. Items were as follows:
▪️Hot Kahwa
▪️Mojitos (black currant, strawberry & passion)
▪️ Paan (rose & chocolate),
▪️Banana fritters with ice-cream
▪️Sri Lankan festive special – Kokis
▪️Milaad Cake
A special kiddies corner was setup with an endless supply of candy floss and balloon art.
🔸The atmosphere was bubbling with khushi which pictures can not do justice. We thank all Mumineen who helped us make this event a success and look forward to host grander jaman & celebrations next year, InshaAllah.
